Youth & Education
Chapter volunteers have helped guide youth turkey, whitetail, bear, and moose hunts, giving young hunters fun and educational time in the field.

Who we are
Built by Maine hunters, for Maine hunters.
Stacey and Ben Taylor, Hunter Jellison, and Lucinda Largey founded the Pine Tree Chapter in March 2026 to give Maine sportsmen and women an SCI chapter focused on the issues and concerns that matter here at home.
We are closely aligned with Moose Maine Kids, an organization that gives children hunting and fishing opportunities they might not otherwise have.
What we stand for
What the Pine Tree Chapter stands for
Everything we do is for Maine hunters, today and for generations to come.
Hunter Advocacy
We advocate for hunters' rights in Augusta and speak up on the issues that matter to Maine sportsmen and women.
Community
We bring together hunters from every corner of Maine, so sportsmen and women across the state have a chapter of their own.
Hunting Tradition
Hunting is part of who Maine is. We work to keep that tradition strong and make sure it is handed down, not lost.
What we are working toward
Four goals that guide the chapter.
010
Grow our membership across the state.
020
Increase member engagement to achieve our mission.
030
Become a recognizable and respected voice in the Maine hunting community.
040
Advocate for hunters' rights in Augusta.
